英文摘要SRC-1(Steroidreceptorcoactivator1)不仅是雄激素受体(androgenreceptor,AR)和雌激素受体(estrogenreceptor,ER)等激素受体的转录辅激活因子,而且能辅激活许多转录因子。SRC-1在乳腺癌和前列腺癌的发生发展进程中起着重要的作用,但是人们对于它在肝癌发生发展进程中所起的作用仍不清楚。在本文中,我们报道了SRC-1在62.5%(25/40)的肝癌组织样本(humanhepatocellularcarcinoma,HCC)中过表达。敲低SRC-1能抑制肝癌细胞的增殖和异种移植瘤的维持。敲低SRC-1降低了细胞增殖标记物PCNA和癌基因...; Steroid receptor coactivator 1 (SRC-1) is a transcriptional coactivator not only for steroid receptors such as androgen receptor (AR) and estrogen receptor (ER), but also for other transcription factors.
