英文摘要	质量建设是当前中外合作办学发展的核心取向,树立科学合理的质量观,是中外合作办学质量建设中的先决问题。当前中外合作办学实践中形成不良办学倾向的重要原因之一,是中外合作办学的质量观存在偏差。中外合作办学的特殊价值在于高素质国际化人才的培养;应坚持统一与多样相结合的中外合作办学质量观,并坚持主体性原则和发展性原则等。; Quality assurance is the core goal in development of Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools(CFCRS), and establishing a scientific and reasonable quality concept is the first problem to deal with.One important reason of bad trend in current CFCRS practice is the wrong view of quality assurance in CFCRS.The special value of CRCFS is to cultivate high quality and international talents.The article propose the unity combining variety view and several basic rules on quality assurance in CFCRS, and we should hold several basic principles such as dialectical principle, the development principle, the principle of subjectivity and creative principle rules.
