中文摘要 | 通过仿真对超导共面波导谐振腔的耦合与串扰进行了研究;建立了直线和不同形状蜿蜒线的超导共面波导谐振腔模型,通过对比分析,选择了合理的配置;仿真了间隙和不同长度的叉指形式的输入输出耦合电容,得到谐振频率和品质因数随其大小的变化规律;仿真了双腔之间的距离、腔的输入输出耦合电容以及腔间附加耦合电容对串扰的影响。; Coupling and crosstalk in superconducting coplanar waveguide resonators were studied by simulation.Straight line and meander resonators of different shapes were modeled.Reasonable configurations were selected through comparison and analysis.Resonators with I /O coupling capacitors of gap and different interdigital finger length were simulated and correspondent changes in resonant frequency and quality factor were analyzed.Crosstalk between two resonators was simulated as a function of their distance,I /O coupling capacitors and auxiliary coupling capacitor in between. |
