英文摘要	Three new 1,19-seco-avermectin (AVE) analogues were isolated from the Delta aveCDE mutant Streptomyces avermectinius strain. Their structures were elucidated by detailed spectroscopic analysis. This is the first report of 1,19-seco-AVE analogues. In an in vitro assay these compounds displayed cytotoxicity against Saos-2, MG-63, and B16 cell lines.
